Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards.

• Items marked as final sale.

Refund Process

1. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
